I am currently renting here and I’m really not okay about them not opening the pools . First foto they have is the apartments with the pool . Paying $1400 on rent $100 water bill I’d think I could at have my son enjoy one of the AMENITY they offer when we come and apply to rent !! Looking forward to see if they can open the pools because COVID Is not an excuse anymore …. 3 pools and not the even 1 is opened . I see other apartments having their pools opened for their residents .

I lived in this apartment complex in 2017, from what I am reading it looks like nothing has improved. I rented the studio here due to the price back then being $520. I recall from day one there were gnats flying all over the place and roaches all over the unit. They sprayed the place several times but no resolution (bugs do crawl from the other apartment units) Holes on the wall, the ceiling was falling apart near the restroom due to an old leak. The AC gave out in the middle of all the other issues, and in the middle of summer. I ended up renting somewhere else months before my lease ended here because it was just unbearable living in these conditions. The office staff was not friendly, they did not like complaints at all or to have to fulfill work orders. from what I remember, you submit the work orders yourself on their web portal and then wait weeks with no response, forcing you to call the office and find out the status only to be told they are too busy and backed up on work orders. Once your work order is fulfilled, the handy man comes around pushing a grocery cart with his tools..it is all ridiculous. Not to mention, crime activity is nonstop during the night time, most lights outside have been broken on purpose so it is pitch dark all over the complex. Front gate, what front gate? That gate probably closed 3 times the entire 6 months I lived there, someone would always purposely break it/ jam it opened.

They never fix your maintenance requests, turn your water off without telling you and tow your vehicle without telling you. The worst complex I've ever lived in by far. Oh and they also don't clean your apartment like they say before you move in and leave you with a paint stained carpet. Everyone who works here is awful and has no idea what they are doing. And by the way when you move out, they apparently keep your deposit because when you call and ask about it, the lady who answered the phone said she has no idea what they do with those. They also don’t tell you if you owe them anything when you move out, they automatically send you to collections without notifying you that you have to pay anything. They charge you for a toilet see because if you people aren’t careful it’s supposedly in your lease that when you move out you need to request a new damn toilet seat or else they charge for it. If you try to talk to anyone there about any of this you mine as well try talking to your dogs left testicle first because i would be willing to guarantee that it would be more competent than the absolute idiots that run this clown fiesta of an apartment complex. So expect to be sent to collections as soon as you move out with no prior notice until you get that bill in the mail and then be prepared to have them tell you they have no idea what’s going on when you call. Real quality people here

A one-bedroom is about $612 a month. It includes all of the appliances except power. Yes you're going to be paying for roaches, shity maintenance, also a crappy off is that won't give you the corporate number. I caution you to move here. My lease is up in 5 weeks, and they have not fixed a work order for my roof leak that I put in back in August. That was 7 months ago. I moved out in 5 weeks. I don't even think they would fix it after I leave. The new people would just have to come into it. If that's you, I would wish you luck. But it would be absolutely worthless in this place.
