Very bad experience, if I knew it wasn’t move to here , I have a lot a things that need fixed and I was a summit every month my request to fixed and they don’t do it anything, today I noticed that in my requests just they put that the job is done, but they don’t do nothing. Right now ( since June until now) we don’t have hot water in all the apartment, we have almost in every faucet leaking ( and they charged me for the water)…. The shower paint is so but . We only want to move another place when our contract is done.

Came in to ask a few questions about the property and Lisa who I believe was the assistant manager was SUPER helpful. She even gave me a same day tour and to my surprise they even had a dog park! Yes, a ✨DOG PARK✨. The sparkling pool and the jacuzzi were definitely a bonus! I can’t wait to start my move in process! Thank you, Lisa!

The ladies in the office are so helpful and kind! They helped me every step of the way in trying to find the right apartment for me, they were so patient and helped me work through any difficulties during the process. Honestly they went above and beyond. I applied and was approved and I am so excited to be moving in here very soon! The staff office is amazing! The apartments are spacious and are well worth the price. I love the area and they have two huge pools on the property. Thanks again! You guys are great! :D

All the things you hear about this place are true. Don’t let the responses or comments fool you. Not sure you can call this place a gated community. The main gate hasn’t closed after hours for months so that’s false advertising. You would think the main office would mention that it’s getting fixed or there is an issue but they don’t even mention it. Not sure what the issue is. In all honesty this is not a great place to live. I’ve had issues with upstairs noise, barking dogs all day long but they are unwilling to do anything about it. Since it’s not “quiet hours” apparently it’s out of their hands. I mean it is 2022 and a lot of people work remotely now. I get to listen to a dog bark from 8a-2p daily while I work from home. When my upstairs neighbors leave the dog barks nonstop until they come back. It can be heard through the windows outside and all the walls throughout my apartment. Office visits and emails with clear evidence get turned away. I’ve lived at other complexes and they don’t put up with stuff like this. It gets taken care of. Zero accountability here. We get monthly emails stating pet rules including “keeping noise to a minimum “ and no excessive barking or howling”. Doesn’t make much sense when it isn’t enforced. Also if you have a vehicle that is inoperable, has flat tires, or expired tags it’s apparently ok to park it in open spots. I can see several vehicles just on my way out of this complex that are just collecting dust.

I did and that was months ago! Lots of police taking people away! FYI keep all doors locked! Good luck
I don't know that. I was just working there. Sorry.
I don't mean in general like why do you need a key. I mean why are they all deadbolted right now on a warm weekend a week after they assured us that the closure of the largest pool wasn't a big deal because we have access to the others. We have access to none.
2 blocks away.
Pitbulls are not aloud but everyone has one just beware taking out your trash because there's one that tried to attack me 2 x's
