Water is always turned off and they don’t give notice either, office is always closed during business hours workers are just inside hanging out, never answer the phone, take forever to fix things in apt, over priced apartments for appliances that are old and don’t work. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place to live. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I can’t wait for my lease to end in May. Such a horrible experience living here. Ever since new management took over this place has turned upside down

ROACH INFESTED, ROACH INFESTED, ROACH INFESTED, ROACH INFESTED. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management is horrible, Isidoro Guzman is very rude management and is out for your money do not trust him, maintenance don’t fix nothing. I never heard of an apartment where you can not hang anything up on the wall. We was charged a $1,300 fee for damages all because we tried to hang up our flat screen and they tried to over charge me after I was done paying the damage fee. They just want your money. I recommend you do not move in these apartments. They don’t even deserve the 1 star I did give them. There the worst so far!

The male manager of complex struggles with human response to covid, hard situations, and having kindness towards apartment owners. They have towed cars for unexplained reasons to only later put up signs, charges fees without explanations to then give a 5 day notice, increased rent to unreasonable point that does not represent the condition of apartments. The apartments themselves are old, have cracks in ceiling, tub paint chipping, have had the water turned off multiple times without a warning, and need overall big upgrades for the amount of rent they are asking. Not to mention I have never seen the pool open. You have multiple long term leasing customers moving out because of the male management at this location. Maintenance workers are great and have so much personality and kindness. They work hard at keeping area clean. If you are a manager of a complex you need to have customer service and the male manager at this location has none! He only cares about money and his movement in the company. There has been multiple complaints about his demeanor and care for the complex and people who live here but I have seen no change in his ability to work with the people in this complex at a human level. I do not live here but have visited and have great relationships with people who do live here. I am writing this review on behalf of the complex residents and future readers.

[Updated] After almost a year of living here, the quality of living has greatly decreased. There have been several times over the past year where I have woken up to no running water. Some of these water shut-offs were planned and given sufficient notice, but some of these shut offs would last up to 8 hours out of the day. The neighborhood is unsafe and I have spotted multiple instances of people hopping the wall that surrounds the complex. There have been many instances where people's cars have been tampered with. During this whole Covid-19 thing, management has made it clear that they are only interested in our money. A week or two into the pandemic, residents were given a stern and unfriendly reminder that our rent is due on the 1st with no exception. I understand that everyone is doing their best to make end's meet, but that reminder was untasteful. I will not be renewing my lease ------------------------ Moving into Villa Serena was a pleasure. I was moving in from out of state and was unable to check the unit myself before the move. The office staff was very kind and helpful in my move and displayed great patience with me as I was a bit slow putting together the correct paperwork. There are a number of international grocery stores nearby as well as some good restaurants and is close to I-17. So far, everything is great!
