I literally never write reviews but I had to drop some kudos for Clarissa my leasing agent and the Lore South Mountain team. Clarissa was friendly and inviting, knowledgeable, and easy to get in touch with which really streamlined my move. The apartment itself is spacious and has lots of natural light, appliances in good working order, and the property is right off South Mountain for anyone who likes to hike!

Within 5 minutes of water dripping into bathroom from upstairs apt the maintenance team was knocking on the door. The upstairs person did not have a shower curtain and there was standing water in the bathroom. They were asked to get one and added another layer of sealant. They will eventually need to repair the ceiling in the bathroom as themplaster is bowing down from moisture and apparently water from above apt. Other than that maintenance quickly took care of water issue

Lived here for most of 2018. Very quiet complex. Clean units. We had an upstairs remodeled unit. Full size washer dryer. Vaulted ceilings. Private outdoor patio and extra back bedroom. Zero problems with pest control. In fact the whole time we lived here we never had any pests in our unit. The pool / hot tub was always clean. The workout room, free computers lobby bathrooms were a plus. They have an amazon hub locker recently installed. The new management alva/rachael were and are very helpful. It actually cost me less to pay rent online with the new mgmt company. The SRP power bills were mostly pretty cheap. We had a unit in the back of complex near wakial drive, super quiet. There's a full starbucks nearby, BASHAS grocery store. Some fast food. Super close to the freeway. Except for the lack of extra open parking spots. Not much to complain about. They were even gracious and professional when we moved out. Make sure to view or ask for an upstairs unit

I moved from Philadelphia to Phoenix in May, and I feel very lucky to have found such a great apartment at Lore. It is conveniently located in Ahwatukee near grocery stores, movie theaters, bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. When I first visited Lore, Shania from the office helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She compared different apartments for me, took me on a tour, and laid out all the amenities and costs on a piece of paper to take home with me. She was extremely knowledgable despite being the newest one in the office. After touring a couple other places, I went with Lore because it was affordable, newly renovated, and the customer service was great. Every apartment complex has its flaws. For example, neighbors' voices carry easily especially if you're sandwiched between two other apartments. Dogs bark, office closes early sometimes, uncovered parking can be a little crowded. That being said, the positives far outweigh any negatives in my experience. The maintenance workers are super fast, the pool and gym are accessible 24/7, everything is cleaned thoroughly before moving in, and most importantly the staff is nice. Treat them with respect, and they will go above and beyond for you like Shania did.
