Worst or the worst apartments. They don’t fix anything right. I’ve had mold growing in my apartment since I’ve lived here and all the do is wipe it away as if it’s dirt or replace it do it wrong and the mold comes right back. Office is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & there is also A LOT OF FAVORITISM & I feel if your not Hispanic, YOUR NOT GETTING THE RIGHT & proper treatment for the house hold. I renewed my lease due to having covid and have asked multiple time about my free carpet cleaning & they don’t respond. I’ve asked for the head management who runs this business they send me to other people that ive still be waiting since December of last year. Very very very unprofessional apartment complex as well as UNHEALTHY ENVIRONMENT. Also if moving into these apartments BEWARE OF MOLD IN YOUR DRAINS , spiders in your carpet , & terrible water pressure…. I also asked to be moved due to the mold and I was told that I had to pay about 3-4000$ to be moved. If anyone knows the OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS PLEASE LET ME KNOW

They’re clean apartments and will send maintenance as soon as you need it. They answer at all times as well. I’ve had no issues since living here in October. The neighborhood is calm and the move in process was easy!

These are such great apartments that also have pretty cool activity sections like pool area and a mini turf field, playground, and it's also pet friendly. Both units come with washer and dryer plus the staff members are pretty awesome and friendly and is amazing at what they do

This place is good! They have a laundry place open 24 hours. A park, 2 pools and even a small dog park. The office is very friendly and is great at communicating. Anytime I have a problem for example my toilet was running they came and fixed it the next day. They also have fun activities throughout the year like a Christmas light contest!
