The employees are helpful and there's good product selection, but Prices could be better and the checkout line tends to get backed up.

My personal favorite over AutoZone and Napa. Their staff is super friendly and always helping. They are honest and seriously just there to help you! But their prices are the best part. Even tools are cheaper than places like Ace Hardware.

Manager and Employees at this store go beyond expectations to locate the right part needed at a fair price. I have special interest vehicles and a Wood Boat where you cannot always supply them year, make or model. Sometimes you just have the part and they always without exception call few hours later with the exact part or with an option that will work… Quality of employees are second to none.

Had the most excellent customer service from Michael today. He was so quick and efficient, knowledgeable and cheerful during my difficult purchase. Also received expert advice from manager Myndi who is like a human computer. Head filled with an expanse of information. She is also very personable, attentive and greatly appreciated. Thank you both so much!
