Dirty, unkempt, Outdated and ugly design. Overated and uncomfortable appearance. Transient area. But what area isn't populated with disregarded, disrespected, dysfunctional, derelicts. That epidemic is contaminating the American Dream. (Insert joke here)...I recommend living anywhere else but here...

When I have lived there in January of 2014 to February of 2015. Their laundry machine didn’t worked, their pool always green and disgusting. Sometimes my ex husband and I call them to fix electrical problems in our apartment. They didn’t get back with us for a week. But when they did get back they did a bad work on it. They had bad attitudes when we ask them to to fix our apartment. It was good and bad 50/50.

First and foremost as far as in rental for our unit was well worth the application besides everything worked including the dishwasher . Now as far addressing certain issues and situations management arent to tenant friendly. What made it worse was i was uncomfortable being home when my husband went to work every morning. They do not follow policies and procedures when it come to tenants well being instead they harassed us until we moved out in which was 5 days after the situation was brought to there attention. i still feel like when management feels under pressure they make unwise decisions and choices so with this said being a tenant for 3 years with no complaints was almost well worth the investment . But make sure to read the reviews and replies on yelp.com then you'll understand and see why certain actions needed to be taken.
