I learned my mother dropped off my father here because she was trying to find him good placement for a retirement home. She didn't know how terrible it was, to preface this. I went to go see him and I asked him about what had happened there and he just began sobbing and couldn't tell me what happened and something must have happened with his heart, I don't know but he started having some sort of chest pain and just had to calm him down from there.. I don't want to bring it up to him again but I need to find out what these people did to him. I hired a private investigator into this place and i'm going to report this to the proper officials if I can figure out where to call. For now, I would recommend against bringing anyone here. My dad never reacts like that to anything and to see his face full of horror like that without him being able to speak words to me says alot to me regardless. Stay safe folks

terrible. if i could give 0 stars i would. i came here voluntarily for a mental health crisis. no beds, you are left to sleep in chairs, you will be seated next to detoxing patients who vomit on the floor next to you with staff who do not care to do anything about it. had no idea what the hell i was doing the whole time there. i had to beg to be transported somewhere else. they would not allow me to leave. i who am otherwise healthy was in a room filled with SMI patients or detoxing patients. staff besides Nick the peer support specialist, and Sasha one of the night shift ladies, were terrible. I only give this place 1 star because of those two people. the rest of the experience was god awful. i wouldn’t send family or loved ones here, let alone my worst enemy.

Disgusting, understaffed and a freak show! They hire staff who have been patients here!!

This is the WORST PLACE POSSIBLE!! I WAS DYING AND COULD NOT WALK OR TALK OR USE ANY OF MY BODILY FUNCTIONS ON MY OWN BUT THEY WOULDNT TAKE ME. SAID I WAS HAVING A MEDICAL ISSUE THAT YHEY ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO HANDLE MEDICAL ISSUES. WHEN I ASKED THEM TO TAKE ME TO THE HOSPITAL THEY WOULDNT BECAUSE I WAS PETITIONED THERE . By the time they released me after 5 days of skyrocketing blood pressure I was taken to the hospital where I nearly died from a rare disease called Guillain-Barre (gee-YAH-buh-RAY) syndrome. I still have permanent nerve damage because the diagnosis took so long which delayed treatment. WHATEVER HAPPENS TO YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONES, DONT GO HERE. THEIR STAFF ARE DISGUSTING AND CLUELESS!
Yes. 9AM-9PM
Do n u have med management for smi patients outpatient services
No its not. Desert Vista is in Mesa. That's the address for the annex
Only the petitioner can drop it. Unless the doctor decides that the petition isn't necessary, then the doctor can drop it. If it makes it all the way to desert vista (where mental health court is) and a doctor at dvh decides to drop it, no the petitioner does not have to be notified. When the doctor drops the petition it doesn't actually make it to court
Not currently allowing visits and not allowing anything to be dropped off.
No visits and nothing can be dropped off.
Haven't been there in years.... Idk hun
