They are in violation if their service contract. Lord knows if we did not keep our end and pay, they would cancel our services. We pay our bill and still do not have service. I CANNOT WAIT FOR SPECTRUM TO MAKE IT DOWN TO MY ADDRESS. A year ago they were five miles away and I checked yesterday and they are two miles away. It is just a matter of time.........
I wonder what the excuse is now? No lightning since well before their phone and site went down. Who will they blame this time.
