I found a small dog in our neigberhood with no tag and i have asked my neighbors if they lost their dog and no one has come forward and the animal shelter dosent open till tues so i dont know what to do any suggestions?

They do or they used to have a lobster on duty on Sundays you might call through the Non-Emergency Police Department and ask them and let them know that you found the puppy in your neighborhood

They have an after hours number on their site & will generally work with you to get the animal in the shelter. They also have an online form for a found pet & they usually email back quickly.
