We had an auto accident where other party hit our car. When we call Irving Police all they would ask anyone injured? And if response is no then they don’t bother to come and report the accident. We called other party insurance and was told that she is not responding to insurance calls, emails or texts. Insurance said since we can’t get her statement we won’t pay you. There is a property damage of a few thousand dollars and we have no way to get it claimed because insurance is asking for a proof and there is no police report to prove it

I rescued a neighbor's dog and ironically another woman who is a blonde Karen wearing a cross shows up stalks me to my business demands my dogs. Like a big at she calls the cops when I tell her no. The cops show up tell me that the will have the storage building evict me if I try to use my 5th amendment. The check my dogs and of course find no animal abuse. The next day animal control in sycked on me. Karen sends them to my business driving round and round and round for around 29 minutes not finding my dogs because as I told everyone my dogs are not staying there. Animal Control gets the business manager to review the lm and finds Karen's allegations completely false. Karen is never tickets for her false 911 call malicious false allegations and then my business gives me warning in writing that if there are anymore "incidences" (Karen's making false 911 calls) that I will be evicted and e under the cause that Karen's malicious allegations must be true. No innocent person should have the system used against them like this.

Weak officers here who think they are above the law, but without their badge and gun in the street, they are like dogs with tails between their legs. Poorly trained department that needs extensive reform and educational training.

I will find my heroes outside of Irving. I don't need Irving police trying to break me down for what??? A hero came up to me the other day and I will find another away from Irving...call the police and they shoot your foot. Sad
You have to go to the Municipal Court and request the the report. However, I would have gotten this info myself directly from the other party. Make sure before you leave that it is on the report as they will black out certain personal info like home address ..etc. If the info you want is not on there, request to speak to someone.

I have seen cops be heroic in certain situations and in others....I was going...this is a completely different person even though it's obviously the same cop. That's why we need to ask Jesus for discernment.
Call and give the address and they will do what they need to.

Nowadays officers dont write reports on fender benders but will make sure or have the drivers call their insurance companies. Also the fact that it is considered private property they usually will not write a report. But yes even a shopping mall is considered private property!

The Irving Police Department has established an “Exchange Zone” in the front parking lot of the Criminal Justice Center located at 305 N. O’Connor Road. The exchange zone is provided as a location to conduct legal e-commerce style transactions or to conduct child custodial exchanges. Any other lawful transactions or meetings are also permitted. The zone, marked by a sign and two distinct parking spaces, is under continuous video surveillance.
