Employees are so rude. Should not be working in customer service. One lady shoved a package back towards a customer and said “this goes to ups” another told a customer “fill this out and come back when you are ready” just so rude! They look miserable and annoyed to be there. If you’re gonna be rude to customers then don’t work in a job that deals with customers all day!

Managers allow them to be rude. They themselves have simply not returned my calls when they lost a package of mine. Try calling headquarters to complain, they are very helpful. Ask for a change of address form at your local post office and they will give you one or ask your mail carrier they may have one with them
Ypu need to go by there and puck up an app then call a number to set up an appointment

No. Us post office delivers USPS. For ups go to the ups store united parcel service. 2 different things.
The hold is 10 days....as far as key , depends if it is postal owned or belongs to complex....if its PO owned cpme in request new key ...otherwise talk to leasing office
Saturday mail deliverly has not stopped.
Don't waste your time getting your passport at this location. Go check out the Tarrant County Clerks office in Southlake, TX. They are super helpful. I do not suggest anyone get passports here. They are not able to do it with out making you jump through hoops!
