Very well said. And if you go with the financing ones, they are lizards that all they want is to tear you apart. They sell you ghost guarantees. I don't know why they allow this type of business to exist.
Where can I report them because I bought a new car last year and they only gave me a key because they said that when they gave me the plates they would give me the other key after they did not find it and then they clung to that they let me know and they made fun from me please if you can tell me where I can report them so they do not keep stealing
Buying the vehicle is an easy and great process. Everything after buying the vehicle has been a nightmare for me. I've been trying to get my tint redone, which they owe me, for months now and every time I call, they constantly keep connecting me to other departments until finally someone just hangs up. So good luck!
That is not mandatory and before you use it you can cancel it
Clay Clooley has the worst customer service in the world!! I will never buy a car from them again. Service department has the WORST customer service. I had to send my car back to their shop so many times. A few times for the same reason! None of the reps can answer any of my questions. They called us and asked us to come up to the dealership and give them gas money to send my Camaro to another shop to get fix which is under warranty. BRAND NEW 2017 CAMARO SS.... WHAT!!!! And they keep calling me to ask me if I'm interested in buying another car from them. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! They can't even fix or repair what's going on with everything that's wrong with the car that I have now.
Currently, masks are heavily recommended if not required. Because of the large space, it's easy to maintain social distancing.
$1995 TTL You have to be alert... They quoted me on one vehicle $22,000. But at the end tried to give me a different vehicle than the one I picked.$19,000 vehicle. Total after all said and done $4000 more than what we agreed on. Beware unnecessary $1995 dealer cost charge.

It helps if you have a trade in. But I would recommend if you want a Chevrolet to go to Classic in Grapevine the service department at clay Cooley is a JOKE!
