Buying the vehicle is an easy and great process. Everything after buying the vehicle has been a nightmare for me. I've been trying to get my tint redone, which they owe me, for months now and every time I call, they constantly keep connecting me to other departments until finally someone just hangs up. Yes you need insurance before leaving and it all depends on credit but I've bought two vehicles from them.
I gave them 2000 for a down payment and drove off the lot in a 2020 Malibu with no insurance. Just for them to tell me "the bank said" I needed this, that, the other...while I had the bank on the phone saying the complete opposite..... Apparently it just depends on WHO you are or HOW THEY FEEL as to what you're able to do at this business. Worse experience of my life.
