I am not sure, do you have a safe place to stay? I think they are closed on Monday, but try to contact Many helping hands outreach in Irving to see if they can help out. If the shelter doesn't fit your needs maybe many helping hands can help find an individual who can foster your dog until you get back on your feet. Many helping hands can be found on Facebook
The shelter Officers are very cynical. They stole my puppy, slandered me to cover it up, and tried to have me arrested, my car impounded, and my other dogs impounded and attacked me with over $1,000.00 in malicious petty tickets when I asked them how to file a grievance against their officers who stole my puppy. These is a hateful cruel place and I seriously doubt you will find any help with free or discounted dog day care. They would rather snatch your dog and separate you forever than provide a dog day care for homeless people. If wrong, please post your evidence here. Truthfully people don't like helping with that. People usually have their live just how they like it as far as animals go. They either have dogs already or don't want another person's dog in their yard or they may be afraid of liability. Think outside the box. I don't think the system will help you and most people won't either.
Try Facebook groups at the library see if a fosternwill help you and foster for awhile
No they are not dog daycare. I apologize if that sounds cold. As a homeless person don’t depend on the system to help you with your dog. Either regime your dog or get creative to shelter your dog. Again the system will not let you do both. The homeless who do both got creative without the system.
I would call and ask it seems like something they might do but depends on how long until you find your job
