It used to be free, but recently started charging $25 I think. We have the yearly pass $80 for any national park everywhere in USA (Definitely worth it )

You can also buy a pass for a year for all of Lake Mead for 40 bucks. This ONLY works for Lake Mead and most of the Colorado river.
