Yes jet skis are allowed, and i think beer is allowed, maybe just hide it if you do bring it.

Yes You can ride Jet Skis, you can't be driving the jet Skis intoxicated. There are some picnic tables and yugi can do some grilling. I guess the beers you can camouflage them.

Again, I doubt all of the reviewers have actually even been there. They DO NOT rent jet skis or any PWC's and they are never permitted upstream of Willow beach, on any day of the week! The beer, well the driver is not allowed to have an open container, but the passengers can drink. You can also have beer on the shoreline, just make sure the driver stays sober.
Jet skis are available for rent and there are some times or days where they will block off some areas for the kayak tours. Beers are fine but as Ana said, no driving while intoxicated
