No but there's a entrance fee to get to willow beach marina. I think it's $20. Hope this helps & you have a fun safe kayaking adventure 😊

Its $20 per vehicle for a day or somethint like that, if you get a national parks pass it is about $80 and you can get into red rock and other places for free, i highly suggest you ask for that if you visit many parks
