Where is there sand with a beach/lake swim area from the marina. I see people say there is sand n others rocks. Where is some soft like dirt/sand small area from marina please n is it to cold to swim in? 101°today.

If you go off to the right of the Marina it's about a 4 minute boat ride, stay along the shore and you'll come up to a Cove which is sandy and shallow. No it's not too cold I was in it about 2 weeks ago and it was tolerable

There is not much sand there. Lots of rocks everywhere. And since the water always runs, the usual average temperature of the water is 53 degrees. A bit chilly.
