I have been denied twice now for SSI if I call leagal aid of Nevada if I win will I need to pay or they get paid half before I get paid?

There are lawyers that take Social Security cases and they won't charge you until they win your case. Social Security Administration approves the amount the lawyers will receive when you win. Even first consultation is free. Go on line to look for attorney in your city. Better have patience with SSI people because you can be denied many times, but lawyers will appeal for you. (I'm not lawyer).

They are Pro- Bono. They operate based on big and small donors but in order to get their services you have to qualify according to your income. Give them a visit and they will tell you the guidelines.
