What a unique place! We filmed the Blind Center of Nevada's 3D virtual tour to share with more people this beautiful venue. The center provides blind people in Vegas the opportunity to become independent by way of personal development, socializing and provident living. The building also is open in the evenings to host weddings, corporate events and party parties. Which in turn contributes to supporting their blind program. There's a unique bowling alley and game room as well. The whole building is impeccably clean, offers comfortable lounge areas and a variety of rooms for hosting any type of wonderful event!

A hidden gem in Las Vegas! The Blind Center helps assist the blind in the community to becoming independent by providing job opportunities and education. The thing most people may not know is that they offer their venue as an event space you can rent - for weddings, corporate events and private parties. The event planning team is super supportive and will help you create your dream event. The building is impeccable. Clean and beautiful lots of comfortable lounging areas. Even has a bowling alley, and fun gaming room. A-class act!

Does the Blind Center for adults offer employment

Blind Center of Nevada | Oct 18, 2020

Yes, we offer employment to members of the Blind Center. In other words, those who are blind in our community can come and enroll here providing an eye report and a few other documents and when a position is open they can apply for it. In fact, half of our employees here at the Blind Center are legally blind. Thanks!

I have a used computer printer and refill cassettes that I would like to see if you are accepting this type of property? It was working when we took it out of service and replaced it with a new printer. Is there a time frame when you accept it?

You might check with Hadley School for the Blind, or one of the low vision suppliers like Maxi-aids or LS&S. They all have websites. I'm sorry I couldn't be if more help.
