Heaven Can Wait is strictly a spay and neuter clinic. They do not house or adopt animals out at this facility. That's wonderful you have been able to test them and get vet care after stumbling across them. Since FeLV is a transmissible disease, rescue/shelters will most likely not be able to take these animals in. It is worth a shot calling around though and just checking. I'm sorry

They were wonderful. Yes the shots come free when you get a neuter or spay, at least the second set. You may want to call about the first. But the spay and neuter on Decatur did my first set and they were wonderful too. Get there early cause they book up quickly as a walk in. Plus petco does it for free for rabies if u buy their yearly calender. I have some free coupons. My puppy just got hit by a car and passed away. So if u need some coupons I have some.

Hi Kristina. This most definitely is a stress response. Has he been looked at by a veterinarian? If there are other animals or children in the household, or if it’s a high activity household, these could all be reasons for this behavior. Have you tried Feliway plug ins? They have good reviews for relieving anxiety in many cats, but first and foremost please schedule a vets visit to rule out health related issues!

They do spay and neuter for dogs and cats. I would go talk to them about the price, I had my dog neutered a week ago and because I have Medicaid it only cost me $20 instead of $140+. They are amazing there! Hope this helps.

Try to search non kill shelters ask if their full? If full they will be euthonized but if not full they will bord cat and be available to adopt. Some do accept donations to bird them and not euthonize the animal u bring in. As an option to consider.

Yes I agree. Go to the Humane society. Look up the locations online.

They do not do adoptions usually. Just spay and neuter last time I was there. They help low income families and groups like C5 with the stray cats all around Vegas.

If you need a immediate assistance I'd contact animal control otherwise any shelter including heaven can wait can accept him however regardless of it being a stray alot of shelters charge a surrender fee. You need to call ahead to find out also make sure that it's a no kill shelter for it's safety thst will prevent a euthanasia. Good luck to you both and happy holidays

Contact C5. They will trap the ones that are not domesticated and have them fixed. Can take all to be fixed, possibly find foster/shelter for kittens

I would. If you don't have traps, you can borrow them from any animal organization. The only other alternative is if you know of a neighbor who is willing to take over the feeding.

Phil, your best best is to call Animal Foundation and let them know. They will trap the kitties, fix them, and then release them where they were found since they are feral cats.

Really? A 12 year old Chihuahua, how long would you expect a no kill shelter to care for your pet? Getting rid of your pet at this age will probably cause it to die from a broken heart, would that solve your problem
