Per Nevada law, any pup has to be fixed by 4 months unless you have a letter from your veterinarian stating otherwise for the health of the pup OR a license for breeding. It used to be 6 months, but the law was changed in 2016. (Just went through this in Jan 2017 with my Mastiff mix and Animal Control because someone called saying my dog was vicious when I'm pretty sure it was the guy that tried to break into my apartment.) Animal Control let me know that the law actually states 4 months old unless otherwise documented, and make sure you have the documentation on you.
