Heaven Can Wait is a low cost spay and neuter clinic only and does not take in surrendered animals. They rescue animals from Lied/Animal Foundation that then go into their adoption program. Kittens must be 2 months old or 2lbs before they can be spay/neutered. Only then can they be adopted, it's the law.
Call them first to be sure they have room if they dont they can refer you.
You can also take the kitten to The Animal Society on Mojave and Harris.
Should be able to bring the kitten there.
