Appointment necessary and valid ID and proof of benefits. You have to make and take pets to appt someone else can pick them up after procedure.
You'll need valid Nevada I.D. plus the blue medicad card. Plus the letter of eligibility/ acceptance from the welfare office. You need to bring your dogs to their appointment. If you get there right when they open the doors. Your checkin process is very fast. The Vet is awesome. Expect to spend 35-50 minutes to complete checkin process. If you arent positive you will be able to pick them up wjen they are ready. Then you must desinate or at put them down on your paperwork you fill out at admittance time. They will call you when your pet is ready. If you arent able to pick up your pet and you didnt list someone besides yourself you might be charged a kennel overnight fee. So be sure to list additional persons just in case you cant pick up at discharge time
