I just wanted a simple Will. The Receptionist told me that you must take a class on Estate Planning. The next class available is in January. I don't think these people intend to help at all.

Absolutely dissapointed so far with the customer service provided, most of all considering the sensitive and mainly forgotten demographic they advertise they provide help for, our Seniors. The person that screend my call could not be less interested in what I had to say, did not even ask follow up questions regarding our situation to at least properly identify if we can be considered for a "free consultation". Said she would call back, that was days ago.

Hello. Do you provide help to seniors being mentally, emotionally and physically abused ? If not, would you please provide a list of pro bono attorneys who will be willing to assist. The police has been of no help so far. Thank you.

Hi. Because my dealings were of different interests, I can't give you a definite answer, but I do recommend them, they are very helpful, just give them a call. If for some reason they can't help you, they work with other agencies that they refer you to.

El Jen nursing home was pleased to take my senior uncle in for long term, knowing he has medicare. After about 4-5 months, they keep telling him he have to leave! Can they force him out, into the streets of Las Vegas. Diagnosed dementia, no vision.
