You have let me run out of 3 of my 4 Prescriptions for two days without any notice that you have them ready. I don't understand your lack of concern. I have had a bad experience for most of the past year. This is Publix for Pete sakes. Where we all expect the best

Cole must be having a bad day today or just does not like black people. The fact that my mother was asking him questions before she got her COVID shot and he didn't want to address any of her concerns is very disturbing. Especially watching him have a conversation with the lady of a different race ahead of us. Will not be returning to this pharmacy ever again hopefully this complaint isn't overlooked and Cole is given some serious training.

Working in a pharmacy should require a firm command of the English language. Not happening here
