Attn Property Owners: If you wonder why your property is not being rented - poor customer service and lack of communication.

Great group at Lifestyles. I had to move recently because of work but was in 2 different houses with them and everyone was great and very helpful. I was out of work in 2020 and they were patient and helpful in finding assistance during the pandemic. Would recommend to anyone

This was the worst experience we have ever had renting a condo. Lifestyles again and again made it so extremely difficult to communicate or get a response about anything. They work with you in the beginning to get you into a unit and then shut the doors and will not communicate. Please save yourself the head ache and rent from someone else. Read through the reviews we are not the only ones with this issue. We went months without a dryer, weeks without ac. The only shining light where the maintenance crew that actually would try and help. Everyone in the office was terrible, from the property managers to Kay at the front office. We left multiple voicemails with no response. We even drove to the office one day to speak to someone because the issues had gotten so bad. But they would not speak with us and and said we needed an appointment but how could we make an appointment if we can never speak to anyone or get a call back. The only reason we got a response before our lease ended( we needed to know what to do for move out) was because we contacted the realtor that showed us the property. Please be aware, I would never recommend this company to anyone! All these issues came out of their Jacksonville location.
