The time spent waiting and waiting for the medical benefits of receiving prescriptions from the Base Pharmacies. When prescriptions are electronically "called in" by a physician, why does it take a long drawn out process to get filled? The same lack of progress goes with the refill prescriptions. You check in, received ticket number, then half hour or longer called to window to double check your ID and why you are there? So you now go sit down and wait longer to finally be called to get prescriptions. Oh, I forgot to mention these call in prescriptions were 2 days earlier.

I've flown into two NAS within the last month and they've both been absolutely trash! This is coming from the perspective of someone just passing through. The NAS here in Jacksonville is subpar to say the least. When it comes to transportation and utilizing cabs it's very inconvenient. There's very few companies that have the clearance to come on post and that's not made clear at all. I've had to waste time and cancel multiple cabs and then wait hours for one with clearance to be available. The cell service is very shotty and makes communication difficult. Also for anyone flying in to the PAX terminal to catch a flight be aware that they don't open the doors until 0500 which is not what I was told when I talked to the fella on quarter deck, that individual stated it was 24/7.
