Hi Stanley, Best suggestion would be to definitely get an attorney on board if you have processed an eviction with the intent to have the mobile home owner remove themselves and the mobile home off of your property, and they did not comply. If you went to the extent of demo'ing the home without sone type of approval, you should seek legal advice. You want to ensure you protect yourself and your property, so processing a situation like this is definitely beneficial to know the rules of what you can and cannot do in the state of Florida.
