I had spent 6 months driving to different mobile home and manufacturers looking at the difference homes. During that 6 months I had come back twice to Normandy manufacture homes. Each time I came back someone would come out and talk to me. A couple of the other places never even came out o see if they could help me or show me their homes. I told my husband I have selected 3 of the homes for his review. We went there and John came out to help my husband go through the 3 homes and answered his questions. Once my husband walked into the Deere Valley homes he was sold. He was amazed at the quality and especially how well built they were. We bought the Aimon and did some modifications to it. John and Christy were great and very patient with us as we went through the modifications and everything from what color rugs, walls, cabinets, counters, and appliances we wanted. We bought in January 2021 and were living in the home the beginning of November 2021. Learned a lot and the day our home was coming down the road toward our driveway we knew our dream home finally came. John and Christy you two make one heck of a team!! I will and have recommend your place and tell our friends to check out the Deere Valley series! Thanks for making our dream home a reality.

I’d be lying to say that the process was smooth, but ours was not a traditional situation. It seemed every step along the way was another obstacle, but John Kirkpatrick was there for us from the moment we walked in until this very day. He is extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and the product he is selling. Me and my wife went with the 4br aimon, he helped us through the customization process, offering bits of advice on things we wouldn’t have thought of otherwise. We appreciated his real demeanor and did not try to BS us at any point during the process.
