Lived the fairy festival even in the rain!! The shop has a GREAT selection of tinctures and essential oils that I am excited to try. The workers there are very helpful and kind as well. I'm excited to make a trip back!

Truly a disappointing experience today. I took 3 friends in here who had never been here. I've been there several times and have always had friendly, helpful staff. I thought it would be a fun excursion. One of my friends asked if there was an herb that curbed your appetite. The woman behind the counter gave this weird laugh and said nothing. I've recently become interested in herbology and asked her again. The woman came back with this snarky comment of "diet and exercise." Now the woman behind the counter was clearly heavier than any of us. So I was floored to learn she is part owner of this place. It wasn't Nancy, who I've always found to be friendly and gracious. We were all in a shopping mood and would have spent a LOT more had there been someone there who smiled and at least tried to be helpful. This woman never offered any of us the book with events or classes that they offer. I believe this "part owner" needs to drink some chamomile tea and lighten her mood. Or maybe they just don't need the sales. I'll be looking into wild-crafting online and be making my next purchases there. Or wait until the young girl is working there. She admitted to not having a vast knowledge but she was friendly, helpful and SMILED.

Hi Heather, I am not clear what you are asking exactly. We have lots of herbs and we grow some in our garden in the back but most of our herbs are certified organic, free trade and come from a supplier in Iowa, Frontier Co-op. We do our own extracting of herbs to make tinctures which are used medicinally, and we offer herbal teas for pleasure or healing. We also have essential oils but we do not make those. Again, I don't think I understand your question exactly so if you could be a bit more clear with the question, I will try to answer again. Thanks
Currently as of August 2020, we are open 10-4 Tuesday through Saturday. Those hours might increase later in the year. As of March 2021 We are open 10 to 6 Tuesday through Friday and 10-4 on Saturdays.
