The raceway is awesome. It has a great community. It's organized very well, and the races are always fun to watch. If you get bored watching, look at turn 3. There is a dip in the track that causes a lot of accidents and makes the races interesting. I usually camp there for the national open every year. Favorite racer is Lancs Dewease, GO POSSE!
I drive 500 plus miles from Maine and haven't gone to the Grove in several years because of the car haulers in the infield blocking the view of the backstretch from the frontstretch grandstands. I recently went to Port Royal and sat on the bottom row and could see all of the track. They were smart and listened to their paying customers. No car haulers in the infield. I'm looking forward to making the long trip back for the Outlaws in October! Will G.
I like it this way (pits in infield)! I love to see the action in the pits prior/during the race....very little obstruction. Oh for a treat during qualifying stand in turn #3 as the cars come at ya..how does anybody do it? ...watch Lance Dewease...the best ever...great mechanic/genius Davey Brown...the legend Don Kreitz owner...his Dad a legend too!
Jeff of Maine! 3/19...rac'n tomorrow..!!
Anyone agree with all I shared?
Thnx
The drivers have a transponder that is a one way communication from the press box to drivers. No one can hear that. Some tracks have a radio frequency you can set your radio to and hear the announcer broadcasting the race.
When will this lady wake up and turn the GROVE around? Rigs need out infield, speakers in infield bad especially 3-4 turn.most drivers when asked dont like track 3 out of 4 races there, one groove follow leader Saturday lincoln 28-34 cars, port same

She needs to sell to someone like Tony Stewart, etc, who would take care of track and make experience better for racers n fans

No I don't believe so? The infield vicinity wasn't too bad. The 6 car wasn't good?
Are dogs allowed in the infield and/General admission for the national opener??
They should empty the infield out with the race cars and trailers.

I'm not a hundred percent sure. I think it's an extra $15 on your general admission ticket

Call the office for reserve seating. Tickets can be bought at general admission gates. Not very good seating with general admission. Reserved seating is best
I have been calling the track trying to get information since Thursday.....does anyone answer the phone? All I get is a pre recorded message....

I usually find that calling in afternoon works. Also listen to the end there may be an option to leave a message. They usually return messages
