Started our search for a new SUV and decided to check out XT5 at Faulkner Cadillac of Mechanicsburg I was introduced to Rick Fasick who immediately took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for in a new vehicle which I truly appreciated, he showed me a couple different colors of the XT5, next he spent time showing me the features of the vehicle. While I didn’t have time to test drive that day we scheduled a follow up appointment for the next evening so my husband could see the vehicle that I was interested in. Safety, comfortable to drive, and look of the vehicle (which is beautiful) was important, oh and price. While we test drove Rick and Faulkner worked up our trade in and price. Honestly, while we thought we’d get a little more for our 2016 Acura TLX we decided the XT5 was worth paying a little more. Because of Rick and his knowledge and professionalism we decided to purchase from Faulkner Cadillac. Thank you Rick and Faulkner we are happy with our decision and love the vehicle!
