Ordered for delivery, we were missing a whole meal. When I called, I was hung up on 3 times because I wanted the meal delivered. They said no they will only refund the money. When I finally agreed to a refund (my son didn’t get dinner so I had to give him mine) I asked how I’d get my refund and they hung up on me. I called back and he said “I answered you” and hung up again. I called again and he said “you’ll get your refund” and hung up again. I will never order through them again. Terrible customer service.

Pick up only, you can call and they'll take it out to your car. Everyone I saw when I went in was wearing a mask but I can't speak for the kitchen staff.
Uber Eats also does delivery from bonbon. Check the app and see if bonbon is listed. But, I suspect it won't. That's further than I've ever delivered to date.
You're asking a community so it isn't my restaurant but they spent serve alcohol natively and I'm sure BYOB is fine with them
