This place is always a great stop whether you are a visiting tourist or local. I love having all of the food options. Tonight there was live music which boosted the overall Friday night vibes. There is a parking garage attached which helps for convenient parking. Not much to complain about this market. You can go many times without eating the same thing. Highly recommend.

Very busy place. Went there twice in one day. Morning time was seeing 9am, place was already buzzing with people. Found some awesome food and very tasty. Second time was around 7pm. A bit more packed, but still able to get something to eat and enjoy the surroundings. A must visit with so many different options in foods!

The smells! The freaking smells drive you mad. Everything smells so delicious. Plenty of options for your taste palette. I got the tacos, and boy were they HUGE! They have a nice little merch station in the middle of the market. Highly recommend if you're in downtown LA and want all the options under one roof.

A foodie paradise all under one roof. Food brings cultures together in an amazing way. At Grand Central Market, you have a taste of L.A., a solid mix of foods from different corners of Los Angeles. Lively vibe, upbeat. Bustling with life. A happy place to be.

Not sure why nobody mentioned that there is a parking garage connected to grand central market. It's right past the entrance to the market on hill. It's $3 for the first 90 minutes and 2$ per 15 minutes after that. For most people this should be plenty of time to head in walk around and get some food.
Yes, Red & Purple Metro lines to Pershing Square will take you there.
Breakfast.... Hell yeah... Good 2⃣❕❕
Hell to eff yea!!
I think it would be a fun place to work. Very busy and fast paced.
Yes. It's a open door market with individual food stalls. Tasty and reasonably priced where locals go.
So sorry I don't know. You may have to call the office.
I would personally approach the vendors about the produce you can provide to them.
The market is located at 317 S Broadway....at the corner of 3rd st on Broadway.
Please make sure your pup is on their best behavior and on a leash when visiting Grand Central Market.
There is everything from caramel apples to doughnuts - and everything in between! Plus, Greek is there too 😁
Get off on Pershing Square take the 4th Street exit, 5th Street will take you a block away! 4th Street is just beside the metro station about half a block on the same block. When taking the escalator up from 4th Street take the right side exit. When reaching the top it will be to your left but because of construction you will have to go around. If you take the left exit it will be to your right and you'd have to cross the street, either way you can't miss it. Have fun.

Absolutely!!!
Outside the city, and take the Metro. But, If your intent on driving, they have a 499 spot parking garage.
No. The market is open to the outside on both ends so the weather outside has a huge impact on how it feels 'inside'. In LA of course this means it is usually pretty warm.
They will be open until 10 pm this Thanksgiving with Game Night activities.
$3 base rate. Can't remember how long that was for or what the other prices were.
Dolores i am sorry but I do not have that answer today. I live 3-4 blocks away if you give me a day i I can give you the answer tomorrow around noon. Is that ok?
Hello! Grand Central Market has its own parking lot. The address is 306 South Hill Street
Yes
Hi Dennis, I'm sure that every visitor that passes through the market has their own favorite stop they consider a must, but some of our personal favorites include Eggslut (the Fairfax sandwich is heavenly), Clark St. Bakery, Sari Sari, & Sarita's Pupuseria! But you really can't go wrong with any shop- we're sure you'll find your own personal "must-visit" whenever you swing by!
Hi Varun, Sorry to hear about that. Our contact for security is 213.610.4550 Let us know how we can further assist. Have a good day.
X anybody's close by
The first 30 minutes is $3 every 30 minutes after that is $2
There's also an additional seating area between the convenience store and the bathrooms
The only foods they serve is Mexican (tacos, burritos, tortas, etc.), pizza, vegan cousine, asian foods and they also have a farmers market.
No, there's only food shops.
It is one of best tourist spot in dtla. There is no off hour. I usually go around 3 PM for lunch 2,3 times a month. Little less but still crowded.
I'm not sure but that would be really nice.
Many take cards now. Can't guarantee they *all* do, but the vast majority certainly do.
Best to use Google maps GPS. That will guide you around any road closures
Mainly food all kinds come see anyway
Not in the same city. Reading is in Philadelphia. Grand Central ia in Los Angeles.
U can park around the corner of grand central market at Joe's parking 5 dollars all day
I paid $ 11 from 11:00 am till 6:00 am next day. It's the one on the corner. So close
All the vendors I visited accepted cash and card. However, if you do use your card, there may be a $0.50 cent charge (depending on the vendor).
No, the restaurants are reasonable, and the food is quite good. The retail vendors are looking to move product, so they are thrilled too dicker!
317 S Broadway, Los Angeles CA 90013. There is a parking lot next to the left side of the market. I just take the Red/Purple Metro line and get off Pershing Square station and walk less than a block.
Yes there's a parking lot attached. Entrance on Hill
Yes, but just like many crowded places, please keep your eyes on your kids so they do not get lost.
Grand Central Market is a place with a variety of restaurant, food from different countries. Dine in or take to go. Also stores/shops selling local and international products. You can find fresh meats, sea food, vegetables and more.. This place has its own huge parking structure.
Like everyone else said, about an hour away, depending on traffic. Like most things in LA. They have a great seafood spot called "La Tostadería" with amazing tacos, ceviches, and tostadas. There's also a nice seafood place where you can buy fresh fish by the pound.
Yes their is.. by the Boxes..😋
I believe there is, I walked around and looked at most of the spots. Its called ramen hood, they have gluten free foods
