They aren't on the menu. But it doesn't hurt to ask.
Dogs aren't allowed in the market. They ARE allowed on the patio at Horse Thief BBQ. We usually get beers at Horse Thief, get something to eat from wherever, then settle in on the patio.
I would be surprised if there was a problem, but keep in mind the place is usually very crowded. If your doggie is ok there should be no problem
