I drive 500 plus miles from Maine and haven't gone to the Grove in several years because of the car haulers in the infield blocking the view of the backstretch from the frontstretch grandstands. I recently went to Port Royal and sat on the bottom row and could see all of the track. They were smart and listened to their paying customers. No car haulers in the infield. I'm looking forward to making the long trip back for the Outlaws in October! Will G.
The grove is by far NOT the best track in Central Pa. Port Royal has surpased the grove two fold.
With the car count lately it shouldn't be a problem.
Agree that moving the cars to the outside area makes sense, wish they could think about some track changes as well
Trailers don't need to move. Need to open top setting that is allys empty.
When someone gets hit they will move them. Just a matter of time
They do have trailers out side of trac were the bridge is alot of sprints go to that trac its a fast trac. I seen sprints run as fast as 130 mph or faster
They do use the outer pit on the 358 an 410 wham over crowded like national open port royal AL ready does it
I don't think the track promoters would move those cars from the infield
It all depends on how quickly they can do a repair, the outer pit area maybe a little far away.
