They are selling products with nuts that are not labeled. I order a muffin that the Barista called a "Cranberry Muffin". There were no visible nuts on the top to indicate any issue. After one bite, I knew that nuts were involved. I have fairly serious allergies to tree nuts. I asked the Barista if the product had any nuts, and she said that she had no idea because management does not tell them. How irresponsible! She group-messaged three managers only to find out that nuts were in the product. Apparently, this management team has routinely refused to label products as having nuts. This is insensitive to those with nut allergies and possibly a liability issue for the wrong person. Management needs to operate their business in a more customer-friendly manner.
