My father passed away and had a girlfriend (of only 2 years at the time) who decided that she was going to keep his ashes and is refusing to give them back. He was not married and I was his only child. I have no idea who to even contact about this.

The legal aid center might be able to help and I'm not even sure I mean the best thing I can tell you is go ahead and call him it's not going to cost you anything to call him very sorry for your loss I hope this helps........BEAR
