Is this where I file a complaint regarging the U of U records department stalling ang refusing to send my medical/surgical records to me? Is this also the place I file a complaint about the doctor who botched my breast reduction surgery?

You can requesmuch them through the patient portal. Takes longer for old ones. They are quicker this way

Idk but when you find out, get a HOLD if me, I have a page full of inadequate care and records
that left me in bed. For life. I'm not sure where to go.
