I'm not sure but I would NOT recommend that place unless it is the only option.
Yes, they do require a cosigner if poor credit score, but does vary on the situation. And I disagree with Bobby though. But I know that it's his opinion. My boyfriend and I love it here. Especially since I know the area already. *shrugs* but, everyone has their own opinion
I've been told with a poor credit score they require a cosigner with a credit score 650, it could vary on different situations though.
