Good and affordable place I lived there for almost 10 months but moved for a job and lets start with the laundry it was cheap (only 2.50 to start and 1.75 to dry) a lot cheaper then a laundry mat fs. The amenities on the 5th floor are nice you get free coffee everyday no matter what time you can also play pool on the pool table down there plus watch or play video games on the big TV down there.. There is a computer room to help with work and school as well so that's really cool too! There is a gym to stay in shape and don't forget the convenience of the market that sells snacks and drinks down there so you don't have to leave the building! It's gated and you have to use your key on the gate and 2 doors to so it feels safe! I recommend living here!

Been living here for a year now and I love it. Amenities are great- study area, lounge with free coffee, and extensive snack kiosk. Affordable and still less than 10 min from downtown KC!

Apartment was great for brief periods between management changes, I can only assume this was due entirely to the person working here round the clock all week and often on weekends Jyandy. Now with the new management that came in, they felt they did not need her to stay on, so now we are left with the new managers, new as in the 3rd or 4th group to be put in charge here in the past 2 years. I am so frustrated that the only time we were able to ever see century towers function they way it should was when one underpaid and underappreciated non-manager was running the show. The way this place has been managed is a joke. I have personally interacted with each and every manager that comes in this place, and they have been dismissive, rude, or just downright unhelpful. I do not expect this apartment's reviews to go up unless they are written by friends of management that don't even live here.

Resident here for 4 years, liked living here until the new management came. Now its absolutely not worth living here. Much better places to live around here than CT. Also countless issues like cockroaches, expensive laundry machines that barely do a decent job of cleaning your clothes, one of the two elevators will be out of order most of the time so it can be long waits. They don't maintain the grounds either, weeds and overgrown grass. Previous management used to give access to the roof with a great view of the city and the new management locked that. It was like one of the only way to get some fresh air since the windows do not open. Do yourself a favor and don't rent here.
