I have been reporting that there was a smell of mold in my building since 2018. Every time I reported it I was told that there was no evidence of mold. I took pictures of mold growing in the windows. I also have pictures of mold growing in the return air flow vent. After the mold exposure made my wife very sick I decided to get a mold inspector to come out. The day before the inspection the property manager and head maintenance person came to my building and said via email there was no evidence of mold. The inspector came the next day. They found four different types of mold with elevated numbers in our apartment including the black mold which is highly toxic. I inform the office and the property manager directly. All she said was that if I didn't clean out the apartment, I would be charged for it. My wife almost died multiple times and is now considered disabled and unable to work at the age of 35 but all of this started when she was 31-32. No apologies, no concern, no respect.... Money hungry, rude, disregard of life for us... Not good for anyone.

I have been living at Gatehouse for two months and I LOVE my apartment.The Leasing Coordinator Kim was very friendly and very helpful she assist me and my husband to every step we needed to move in. We are currently moved in and loving the space and the wall colors and clean and warm to the eye. The natural lighting is amazing. my neighbors are friendly and over 25 years old and the grounds are cleaned. The parking lot is well lit to enter your building at night . Thank you Gatehouse for allowing me to rent with you.

I had a great experience with my leasing agent Kim. She is kind, polite and respectful and treats you like family. She is very detailed and follows up with you throughout the process and makes you feel at ease about everything. I can’t wait to move into my beautiful spacious new apartment.
