Their management sent me a big, long email with tons of questions regarding the apartment we’re looking for. I answered them all and asked to make a tour for the weekend and they would not reply other than “Sorry, our office is open Monday-Friday” They did mention they have tons of openings (but no other actual specific information about these rentals), and now we know why 🙃 No flexibility and a less than kind demeanor.

This is the worst apartments in north Kansas City . Racist with Poor attitude and no ability to help anyone into a new apartment. Very unorganized and poor maintenance. They have rats and roaches too .

THINK TWICE BEFORE MOVING HERE. Anything that is broken or needing attention doesn’t get resolved until you are harassing them everyday with phone calls. My AC has not been working for MONTHS now, call the office for an update when it’s going to be fixed I get told “by this week” I’ve been told that for two months now. Asked to have my rent discounted due to apartment value being dropped since AC doesn’t work and was told no. It’s 80 or higher in my apartment. The value of these apartments should not be as much as they are due to so many things needing attention still. You will be paying too much. ALSO don’t sign your lease until you see your actual unit the apartments do not look as nice as they do in pictures, I was shown a model that was supposedly “the exact same” as my apartment I was signing for and when I moved it looked nothing like the model. Definitely not worth the price.

This place is absolutely terrible. The units are completely infested with cockroaches. Despite bringing it to managements attention, nothing was to be done about it. They MAY send someone out to spray, but likely not. I’m not talking about some here and there, it’s entirely infested. My apartment flooded several times while living there. I had to live in mold and water damage for months since they refused to answer any of my calls/fix any of the issues. In fact, I was charged at the end of my lease for the damage cause by the flooding, from the pipes they refused to fix! The management is rude, and will make it out as if nothing is their problem to deal with. Save your money, DO NOT MOVE HERE.
