We've been here a short time--about 3 weeks--and we love it. The apartment complex is well taken care of, and the staff is incredibly helpful. When we needed maintenance, Charles was awesome. He took care of our issue immediately. My husband and I enjoy the amenities, and I appreciate that everything is kept clean. We live on the top floor and don't have issues with sound except for the trains as we have a balcony, but I don't really notice the trains anymore. The location is fabulous. We hope to be here a long time.

I've only been here going on three weeks. It's going well so far. I've always wanted to live downtown and River Market holds a special place in my heart since moving to KC! Whatever issue I had upon move in was promptly addressed and taken care of. So far it's going well, but, it's still early to tell!

I lived in Market Station for a year. It was a fine place to live. The apartments were very nice and staff was always helpful, especially during move in and move out. Sometimes neighbors would be loud and would be inconsiderate (speed in the garage, not pick up after their dog)- but these things aren't unusual to apartment living in KC. If I still lived in the area I would rent from here again- only left due to relocation.

Lived at Market Station for two years, and had a really great experience there. The office and maintenance staff was easy to get along with, very receptive, and quick to get back to me if there was ever an issue or concern. My floor was pretty quiet and the neighbors were all very friendly. Will definitely miss this building and its location!
