Dog urine in the elevators, main elevator is always broke, to say the least within the last month that elevator has been broken 2-3 times a week. It’s out of control now. Bikes get stolen management doesn’t care they have cameras but don’t do anything about it. Area is great, Nate the maintenance guy is amazing! I will give it up for him. I wish other people who live here had respect for others and clean up after themselves. Smells like weed all over the hallways! Homeless people sleep in hallways. I’m not sure why all this people with five stars give it a great review I suppose they like all this conditions. Don’t even get me started with the laundry room! Jesus I can’t wait to move out!!! Worst decision I could of made. Now this is real review

I had lived here last year from Jan 2018 to Jan 2019 before I moved to TX. This had been my favorite apartment I had lived in by far. The office staff are pleasant and easy to talk to and always willing to help. The only issue I ever had was with the brick wall/ceiling sort of crumbling dust on the floor and anything I had against that wall, but that's very minor. The location is perfect. There's a giant dog park across the street and there's the farmers market just down the street and you have the tram that goes to the Power and Light District. Sometimes residents would leave trash in the hallways (especially on weekends when they're coming back from drinking) and it'd be a bit loud in the hallway. There was also the issue with the fire alarms going off sometimes in the middle of the night. I would love to live here again someday if I ever moved back.

I love this place! I moved last August from suburbia and I couldn't be more happy. I have the best view of the city and also the river market in KC. I can walk or take the streetcar and less driving and everyone here is so friendly!
