We've lived here for four months now and have had nothing but good experiences due to the attentive staff, and prompt, experienced maintenance crew. What few minor problems that inevitably come up have all have been handled quickly and expertly. There is an inclusive, friendly vibe among the residents here, and the building's location is great, pretty much equidistant to River Market and Cosentino's grocery and the Power and Light district, and easy walking distance to everything--not to mention one block from the streetcar stop on Main St.

I have lived at 909 for several years and it has been a wonderful experience. The community here is unlike any other - from the staff to the neighbors, it’s a truly special place. Not to mention how beautiful the building and views are!

Lived at 909 walnut for over two years and loved it. Awesome building with great amenities. Safe building with a cool outdoor rooftop patio. Will miss living there and seeing management around. Would recommend to anyone.
