I had planned to be here forever, but have since changed my mind 😢 The new management is lacking, compared to the old management, when it comes to getting maintenance orders done in a timely manner Some works orders are not even turned in on important issues like air conditioning, in this heatwave

I’ve lived at Union Hill Place for about a year now and I’ve never been so happy living in an apartment Just a half mile walk to Crown Center and Union Station makes it perfect if you want to enjoy the luxuries of downtown but live in a quite neighborhood. There’s also all then fun of the bars and restaurants in Martini Corner a few blocks away. I have enjoyed all of the amenities they offer and the office staff and maintenance service has always been extremely helpful, kind, pragmatic to resolving any issues that have popped up. I’m so thankful to be living here again over the next year and hope to stay as long as I can!

Do you like finding broken glass, used needles, and getting your car broken into? Then this is the place for you! Also don’t pay for parking - just go park in the parking lot. Sure you might get your car broken into, but there’s no gate to keep you out.

This apartment is wonderful. You cannot beat the location! I love being able to walk to beautiful areas such as the Union Hill Cemetery and Penn Valley Park. The management is great and very timely on work orders and the apartment itself is very nice and spacious. UHP is the perfect combination of downtown living but still quiet with tons of green spaces! 10/10 do recommend

Yes. We have parking spaces and storage units available for rent.
Rent is due on the 1st of the month. You may pay via check at the office. Through your portal, you are able to pay via bank account or credit card. We do not accept cash payments.

A guarantor is a person that garantees to pay for the rent if the primary lease holder is unable to do so. The main reason we would require a guarantor is if you do not income qualify for the apartment on your own.
We offer lease terms that vary in length from 3 months to 14 months.
Our apartments are within walking distances to several local schools, making us a great place for students to stay. However, anyone is welcome to stay at Union Hill
