This place is an absolute scam. They will take deposits before background checks are complete. My friend was set to move in mid June, then 2 days before he got the keys, he got an email stating he wasn't approved. They have yet to return the deposit and the realtor of the apartments seems to be in protective custody because ( they can only send messages ) there is no direct line to the manager. Stay away from this place.

Never answer the phone! Impossible to speak with and actual person

I moved in 2 weeks ago, and have had nothing but issues since. When I arrived, my fridge was broken, the toilet didn't flush, there was more floor wax on the walls than the floor, my dishwasher leaks, there's no dryer vent, the outlets were against fire code, my front door had a different lock no one had keys to. Every time it rains more than a drizzle my basement floods with backed up sewage water. It is nearly impossible to get them to take any action. No one answers the phone, emailed are rarely responded to. You have to talk to them in person and your lucky if someone's even in the office. When I do manage to talk to me, every single time they say someone's gonna do it today, but no one shows up. Once the head maintenance main did come over and left a bucket of trash in my living room. I absolutely would not recommend this place, my life has been a living nightmare since I moved in.

A two bedroom is $935. I'm not sure what a three bedroom is going for.

Are the both town houses and apartment income based or just apartments?

Right now some of the townhomes and apartments are income based but not all and they are quickly changing over to all apartments being market rate and raising the rent. They are trying to gentrify the apartments, meaning move all the lower income (black folks and mexicans) out and try to get the higher income and university crowd in there..Totally not worth the rent they are trying to charge now..
